How To add an “Other Specify” to your Single Choice Grid question

Overview

At the moment the “Other Specify” feature is unavailable in a Single Choice Grid questions. This issue has been added to our road map and will be solved in the future. In the meanwhile this HowTo will show you how you can set your own “Other Specify”.

Follow those steps:

  1. Create a Single Choice grid and set the last answer to be “Other”
  2. Create an Open Ended grid question right after the single choice grid (the number of topics is same as in the Single Choice grid).
  3. Set an Entrance rule (open ended grid) that will verify that at least one “Other” was selected in the Single Choice Grid.

  4. Filter the topics in the Open Ended grid according to the topics that were set as “Other” in the single choice grid.
